Tariq Said Ramadan  is a Swiss Muslim academic and theologian. He advocates a reinterpretation of Islamic texts, and emphasizes the heterogeneous nature of Islamic society. He believes that Muslims in Europe have to establish a new "European Islam" (see also Euroislam) and emphasizes the necessity for their engagement in European society.

    James N. Rosenau(b. November 25, 1924 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a former President of the International Studies Association.

    His scholarship and teaching focus on the dynamics of world politics and the overlap between domestic and foreign affairs. He is the author of scores of articles and more than 35 books, including Turbulence in World Politics: A Theory of Change and Continuity (Princeton University Press, 1990) and Along the Domestic-Foreign Frontier: Exploring Governance in a Turbulent World (Cambridge, 1997). His latest book, completing a trio on globalization, is called Distant Proximities: Dynamics Beyond Globalization and was published by Princeton in 2003. Dr. Rosenau was among the first to apply Complexity Science, an interdisciplinary system of analysis with origins in the hard sciences, to political science and international affairs. A November/December 2005 publication in Foreign Policy magazine listed James Rosenau as among the most influential scholars in the field of International Affairs. Dr. Rosenau currently serves as University Professor of International Affairs at the George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs.

    Jean-Francois Rischard - Since deciding to retire as Vice-President of the World Bank in june 2005 after almost three decades with the institution, has been working as an international consultant and adviser to several governments, to internetional organizations, and to several business clients.

    He is the author of the book "High Noon: 20 Global Problems, 20 Years to Solve Them" (Basic Books? New York, 2002) in which he expresses his personal views on the future, and analyzes the major forces of change that are changing the world, as well the most urgent global issues we will face in the decades to come - from climate change through contagious diseases to the global financial architecture. The book has been published in ten languages, and has sold more than 50,000 copies.

    Sergey Inge-Vechtomov  - Doctor of Life Sciences, head of genetics and selection department in biology and soil faculty of Saint-Petersburg State University, member of the RAS, specialist in the field of general and molecular genetics, chairman of Vavilov association of geneticists  and selectionists. The topic of his lecture is "Responsibility of biologist. Genetics, evolution and human".

     Dmitry Lvov - Doctor of Economic Science, member of the RAS (head of economics section), principal of Institute of New Economic, editor-in chief of "Economic science of modern Russia" journal, member of Advisory panel in the Russian Federation government, member of HAC presidium in Educational Department of the  Russian Federation, member of Advisory panel on external economic links of State Duma of the Russian Federation. Doctor Lvov is an expert in issues of transition economics, socio-economic systems development, state policy. The topic of his lecture is "Russia: reality limits and future outlines".
